These terms apply to the use of this website and to the treatments we provide at our outlets in Singapore. By booking with us, visiting an outlet or using this site, you agree to them.
Our services
We provide foot reflexology, body and back massage, and Traditional Chinese Medicine treatments including Tui Na, cupping and gua sha. Treatments available differ by outlet.
Your health and safety
- Please tell us before your session about any injury, medical condition, recent surgery, allergy, skin condition or pregnancy, and about any medication you are taking.
- We may decline or adapt a treatment where we believe it would not be safe or appropriate. This is for your protection.
- Tell your therapist straight away if anything feels uncomfortable or too firm. Pressure can be adjusted at any point.
- Cupping and gua sha commonly leave temporary marks on the skin, which usually fade within three to seven days. Please let us know if you would prefer to avoid them.
- You are responsible for giving us accurate information about your health. We cannot be held responsible for problems arising from information that was not disclosed.
Bookings, walk-ins and lateness
- Walk-ins are welcome, subject to availability. Booking ahead is recommended at busy times.
- Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment. If you arrive late we will do our best to accommodate you, but your session may be shortened so the next guest is not affected.
- If you need to change or cancel, please let us know as early as you can so we can offer the slot to someone else.
Treatments, rates and payment
- Rates differ by outlet and treatment. The current rate is confirmed with you before your session begins.
- Payment is due at the end of your session unless you are using a prepaid package.
- Packages and prepaid credits are for use at My Father’s Feet outlets. Their terms, including where and how long they can be used, are confirmed at the time of purchase.
Promotional offers
Our first-visit offer of a one-hour TCM Pain Relief Tui Na Massage at $88 (usual price $148) is an online exclusive, limited to first-time guests, one per person, and must be booked through WhatsApp to be redeemed. Promotions cannot be combined with other offers or used with prepaid packages unless we say otherwise, and may be withdrawn or changed at any time.
Conduct
My Father’s Feet provides professional, therapeutic, non-sexual treatments only. Any request, suggestion or behaviour of a sexual nature, and any behaviour that is abusive or threatening towards our staff or other guests, will result in the session being ended immediately, the full amount remaining payable, and refusal of future service. We may report such behaviour to the authorities.
Children and accompanying guests
Guests under 18 should be accompanied by a parent or guardian, who must consent to the treatment. Please let us know in advance if you are bringing young children so we can advise on what is practical at that outlet.
Personal belongings
Please keep your belongings with you and look after valuables. We cannot accept responsibility for loss of or damage to personal items brought into our outlets, except where caused by our negligence.
Use of this website
- The content of this site, including text, images, logos and the My Father’s Feet name, belongs to us or our licensors. Please do not copy or reuse it without our permission.
- Guest reviews shown on this site are reproduced from our public Google listings and remain the words of the people who wrote them.
- We try to keep information on this site accurate and current, but details such as opening hours, treatments and rates can change. Please confirm with the outlet if something matters to your visit.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, our liability in connection with a treatment is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here at the time of your booking is the one that applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction over any dispute.
